Featuring country artist Jason Brown and a pyrotechnic drone show by Sky Elements

The Farm Progress Show is bringing country music back with a free concert featuring Iowa recording artist Jason Brown and a spectacular pyrotechnic drone light show on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Event Schedule
4:00 PM – Show closes; evening celebration begins with local artists
7:30 PM – Jason Brown takes the stage
8:30 PM – Pyrotechnic drone light show at dusk

Presented in partnership with Titan/Goodyear, Van Wall Equipment, and John Deere, the evening celebration is free to all Farm Progress Show ticket holders. This marks the first live country music performance at the Farm Progress Show since Lee Brice headlined in 2021 and 2022.

A valid Farm Progress Show ticket is required for entry to the evening event.

Jason Brown

Born and raised on his grandpa's farm outside Pella, Iowa, Jason Brown brings authentic Midwest storytelling to his music. His album "Drink It In" celebrates rural life with fan favorites like "Water Tower" and "Chasing Down 17."

Brown has charted five songs on Billboard and MediaBase Country Charts and has shared stages with Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Alan Jackson, Rascal Flatts, and Lee Brice. A veteran performer on the Midwest fair circuit, he's entertained hundreds of thousands of fans across the region.

Sky Elements Drone Shows

Sky Elements, the largest drone light show provider in the United States, will produce the pyrotechnic drone light show. The Texas-based company has orchestrated some of the most impressive drone shows in the world for clients including MLB, Disney Studios, Marvel, the Seattle Seahawks and Coca-Cola.

The 12-minute show will combine opening and closing pyrotechnic bursts with a mesmerizing drone light display featuring agriculture-themed imagery, including tractors and combines.
