Camping Accommodations

Camping is available on-site or at local campgrounds around the area. RV and camper parking will be available at the 2026 Farm Progress Show. All spaces are first-come, first-served—no reservations available. There is no fee for on-site camping. No facilities or amenities are available for on-site camping. If electrical, water, or sewage hookups are needed, visitors should utilize one of the nearby full-service campgrounds in the area. Visitors must adhere to the “Campground Rules” which will be provided upon entry to the show grounds. Please note that quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., and no campfires are permitted. and no campfires are permitted. Flying to the Show

Transportation

Transit from Decatur to the Farm Progress Show Grounds

Decatur Transit
From the transit center, you can take the water line to the Hickory Point Mall to catch the special event shuttles to Farm Progress Show.
Hickory Point Mall Special Event Shuttles
Two buses are running every half hour from Hickory Point Mall to the Farm Progress Show. This service will run 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday. The Bus entrance on the grounds is Entrance 9.
Hotel Shuttles
Currently, Farm Progress Show is not aware of hotel shuttle services. Please check with your specific hotel.
Decatur Airport Shuttles
The airport is running 4-5 shuttles daily Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from approximately 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. (may be up to 6 p.m. based on demand).
