Hotel Accommodations
Hotels are available to book in Boone, Ames and the greater Central Iowa area. Space is limited, so we highly suggest reserving your room early.
Camping Accommodations
Camping is available on-site or at local campgrounds around the area. RV and camper parking will be available at the 2024 Farm Progress Show. All spaces are first-come, first-serve – no reservations available. There is no fee for on-site camping. No facilities or amenities are available for on-site camping. If electrical, water, or sewage hookups are needed, visitors should utilize one of the nearby full-service campgrounds in the area. Visitors must adhere to the “Campground Rules” which will be provided upon entry to the show grounds. Please note that quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. and no campfires are permitted. Flying to the Show
Several airports are located within driving distance. The closest commercial airports are as follows: Des Moines International Airport (54 miles); Eastern Iowa Airport (118 miles); and Omaha Eppley Airfield (159 miles). Regional airports may have availability for private general aircraft and corporate planes at Boone Municipal Airport and Ames Municipal Airport (16 miles).
