1. Eligibility. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. 2025 Farm Progress Show Big Green Egg Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Farm Progress Limited (“Farm Progress”) is open to those who register to attend Farm Progress Show in Decatur, IL from August 26-28, 2025 (the “Show”), or any individual who enters via any entry method below. All entrants must be legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding the states of Hawaii and Alaska), and be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. An invitation to enter the Sweepstakes does not indicate automatic qualification. Employees of Farm Progress, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families or households of each are not eligible.

2. Entry. There are three (3) methods of entry to the Sweepstakes. Entry Method One: Beginning on or about May 19, 2025 at or around 12:01 AM CST, register to attend the Show through https://www.squadup.com/events/farm-progress-show-2025. All entries submitted via Entry Method One must be received by 3:59 PM CST on or about August 28, 2025. Entry Method Two: Beginning on or about May 19, 2025 at or around 12:01 AM CST, visit https://pgs.farmprogress.com/big-green-egg-sweepstakes to submit your entry to the Sweepstakes and include all required information in your entry form. All entries submitted via Entry Method Two must be received by 3:59 PM CST on or about August 28, 2025. Entry Method Three: Visit the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, IL in person and purchase a ticket to attend the Show. The entry period for Entry Method Three expands over the course of three days: (1) “Day 1 Entry” begins on or about August 26, 2025 at or around 8:01 AM CST and ends on or about August 26, 2025 at or around 3:59 PM CST; (2) “Day 2 Entry” begins on or about August 27, 2025 at or around 8:01 AM CST and ends on or about August 27, 2025 at or around 3:59 PM CST; (3) “Day 3 Entry” begins on or about August 28, 2025 at or around 8:01 AM CST and ends on or about August 28, 2025 at or around 3:59 PM CST. Each in person entrant will be provided with an entry form to complete in full and submit to the Sweepstakes entry box. All entries submitted via Entry Method Three must be received by the end of their respective entry periods. Limit one entry per person. Email addresses can only be used for one entry (i.e., multiple persons cannot use the same email address to enter). No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles allowed. Farm Progress is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or other indecipherable or unreadable entries. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the time of entry.  Proof of entry submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Farm Progress. The authorized email account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet-access provider, online-service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple entries per email address or the use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All entries and information contained therein become the property of Farm Progress and will not be returned.

3. Selection of Winners. On or about October 13, 2025, one (1) winner will be selected in one random drawing from among all eligible entries received by August 28, 2025 at or around 3:59 PM CST. The winner selection will be conducted by Farm Progress or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified via email and or telephone no later than October 20, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of the first attempt, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Farm Progress and their agents are not responsible for (i) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the prizes, (ii) lost, late, or invalid entries, (iii) electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations, (iv) transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, (v) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic hardware or software malfunctions, (vi) limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions, or (vii) failure to receive entry or other Sweepstakes related information by entrants due to technical problems.

4. Prize. One drawing with one prize package, one winner. The prize includes a medium Big Green Egg with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $839.99 and the Nest for Medium Egg with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $199.99 (total ARV for prize package $1,039.98). Set up costs for the prize are not included. Prize will be mailed to winner by Farm Progress. Prize must be accepted “as-is” and Released Parties (defined below) disclaim any and all liability in case of deterioration or damage to prize during transport.  Prize is subject to availability in winner’s delivery area. Prize is not transferable. No prize transfers, cash redemption or substitutions except as provided herein. In case of unavailability of advertised prize, Farm Progress reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize delivery is subject to product and Farm Progress availability. The prize will be mailed to the winner on or about November 3, 2025.

5. By entering, entrants (a) agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules, and (b) consent to the use of their name, photographs and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, in connection with this Sweepstakes, by Farm Progress and its agents, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes on their prize. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, provide valid identification by the winner’s state, and provide a completed W-9 within seven days of issuance or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize. Subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes and all related published ads, promotional materials, online and printed entry forms are the property of Farm Progress. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other intellectual property without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

6. Release of Liability. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Farm Progress and its agents, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, contractors, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all existing or future, alleged or actual, claims, actions, losses, damages, injuries and liabilities resulting from or related to (i) participating in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, (ii) attending the Show, or (iii) awarding, delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded herein, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, or damage or loss of any kind. Released Parties are not responsible for purchases or subsequent usage of the prize. Released Parties are not liable or responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, or theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or computer software, or for failure of email or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof (including injury or damage to any entrant’s or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading or uploading materials from/to the websites). Released Parties are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes or to defraud Released Parties in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize won. If the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Farm Progress which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Farm Progress reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Farm Progress also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any of the foregoing activities and award the prize from among all entries received via the offline methods of entry and/or all online entries received prior to the time of termination.

7. By entering, entrants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by Farm Progress or its agents and suppliers to administer this Sweepstakes in accordance with Informa’s Privacy Policy. Informa, the owner of Farm Progress, may send tailored information, including industry insights, exclusive networking opportunities, and access to offers for Informa’s events and products, and those of Informa’s selected partners. Entrants may opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contacting Informa. This Sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the Sweepstakes for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified from participating and reported to authorities.
